Es un poco lo que ha pasado con Siksilk. La marca nació en 2012 en Inglaterra a partir de tres amigos de toda la vida con distintas profesiones que no encontraban en las tiendas la ropa que ellos querían llevar. Así, de primeras, la historia de muchas de las marcas que todos conocemos.
Estos amigos unieron sus historias de influencia americana, japonesa y británica, y las pusieron al servicio del streetwear pasado por el filtro de la sastrería inglesa. Un cóctel Molotov, pero uno que ha salido muy bien. El resultado es una marca diferente, sí, pero también abierta a todos los gustos. 2020 brought a series of unprecedented challenges for leading UK urban streetwear brand SikSilk following the outbreak of the global pandemic and growing Brexit worries. After witnessing double-digit growth since its foundation in 2012, the brand brought in logistics expert Dean Jackson in June 2020 to help overcome its oncoming issues and set the label up for future growth.
