Kenneth Cole is getting the big-screen treatment! The designer’s new documentary, A Man with Sole: The Impact of Kenneth Cole, premiered to a fashionable crowd this week at The Paley Center For Media. Directed by Dori Berinstein, the film doesn’t just cover Cole’s fashion career—it also tracks his decades of working in social and cultural causes impacting the world.
“It wasn’t necessarily my project—I didn’t initiate it,” Cole exclusively told The Daily Front Row. “Somebody else did, and they’ve been working on it for a couple years, and it’s a great time for a story like this to come to life. I thought it was going to be more of a fashion story, but it’s actually more of a story about humanity and social impact, which I think is bigger at the end of the day than what we do in the ordinary course.”

Kenneth Cole Productions and Concept One Accessories have announced they entered a long-term strategic partnership.
Concept One has signed a multi-year license agreement to manufacture and distribute handbags and small leather goods under Kenneth Cole New York, Gentle Souls by Kenneth Cole and Kenneth Cole Reaction labels.
"Kenneth Cole was a very successful handbag resource for years," says Sam Hafif, chief executive officer, Concept One. “We had been in touch with the company over the past several years and agreed that now, following the successful relaunch of the brand’s women’s apparel, is the right time for the brand to get back into the handbag and small leather goods categories. Several of our retail partners had expressed interest in adding their brands back into their assortments, and we are very happy to be able to work with Emily Cole and the team at Kenneth Cole on this exciting opportunity."
The first market will be December, showing the Fall 2026 collection. The collection launch
