The Other House Unveils New Uniform Collection in Partnership with James Lakeland

The Other House, the pioneering group of Residents Clubs redefining hospitality for the modern traveller, has unveiled its new Autumn collection of uniforms created in collaboration with renowned British designer James Lakeland. The uniforms perfectly reflect The Other House ethos that its team should feel as beautifully dressed as their most stylish residents.

The bespoke pieces, curated exclusively for The Other House by its interior design team, TOHID, in conjunction with James Lakeland and his Italian couture studio, will be launched at The Other House South Kensington in December, ahead of the group’s highly anticipated openings in Covent Garden in 2026 and Belgravia in the pipeline.

This collaborative collection marks the first hospitality partnership for James Lakeland since the brand was founded in 1992, and the third time he has created a menswear range following collections with Harrods and Ede & Ravenscroft.

Reflecting The Other House’s signature style of British maximalism which is bold, layered and full of personality, the new uniforms are a sartorial expression of the brand’s values, and every detail tells a story.

James Lakeland to distribute Italian brand Sfizio in UK

Italian label Sfizio, which is foraying in the UK for the first time, has engaged womenswear designer James Lakeland as its official distributor in the UK for its autumn 12 collection.

Sfizio, the brand designed by Morena Bragagnolo, has been successfully selling in Russian, Asian, Japanese and Italian markets for over the past 15 years.

It is for the first time in past 10 years that Lakeland has consented to sell any other brand alongside his own eponymous brand. The agreement mainly follows from a sound relationship that the designer has built with Sfizio through production of their James Lakeland coats.

The designer would unveil the Italian brand's collection for the first time at Pure London, the UK's fashion event for contemporary and directional womenswear, to be held during February this year.

James Lakeland would also accept appointments to meet customers through his London's Ogle Street based outlet.

A representative of James Lakeland said Sfizio apparels are recognized for the excellent quality and modern fit with an eye on stitching, finish, linings and detail.
