Giuseppe Zanotti is reviving one of his most recognizable designs this fall. The Slim sandal — a cult-favorite silhouette made famous by Samantha Jones in “Sex and the City” — is returning Monday in a new collector’s edition drop.

The Slim 2.0 arrives in black and ivory napa leather, updated with a pointed-toe sole that mirrors the brand’s Intriigo sandal. The heel version is set on a 105mm stiletto, while the flat iteration offers a more pared-back option. Both styles carry Zanotti’s hallmark fishbone detail — a silver spine that runs cleanly across the foot, finished with more than 300 crystals set by hand.

Zanotti first sketched the sandal on a tablecloth at a restaurant in Cesenatico, Italy. In 2004, it became a reality, with that sketch quickly turning into one of the label’s most recognizable shoes. Four years later, it was immortalized on screen when Kim Cattrall’s Samantha Jones wore the sandal in a pivotal sushi scene in the 2008 “Sex and the City” film.
