Women's fashion brand Frock and Frill has hired Punk PR to manage the launch of its new collection and its national press office.
The Manchester agency will also provide social media support for the brand, which is aimed at "fashion-conscious" women of all ages.
Its head designer Lisa Peduzzi said: "We are very excited about the potential for Frock and Frill now we have them on board.”
Frock and Frill's new collection will be available at Bank stores, Next Online and the Simply Be and Fashion Union websites.
Frock and Frill will launch a 15-piece tops and dresses collection in Oasis stores in Reading and Liverpool, as well as on the Oasis website on a trial basis. It will then consider rolling it out across Oasis’s 72 UK standalone stores.
Brand manager Rahul Maroju said Frock and Frill, whose own label is also stocked in retailer Bank, has been keen to expand and is in talks with Debenhams and House of Fraser about concessions for autumn 12.
“We feel strongly about the quality of our garments. People need to touch and feel the clothing. Once someone buys one of our garments, they always come back,” Maroju said.
He added that the price range for the collection is higher than its mainline, with retail prices ranging between £35 to £90.
Maroju said: “For autumn we’ve got a bit more expensive, with the most expensive item being £115. We’ve found the more expensive items always sell out.”
Oasis brought young fashion brands including Fever, Uttam Boutique and Max C into 10 of its stores for the first time through a concession model last October.
Occasionwear brand Frock and Frill, known for their glamorous evening dresses, is set to launch a larger-sized collection called Curve, as well as an exclusive bridal edit.
