The Farm Cosmetics Update added a third shop to one side of the island where you can buy cosmetics from the NPC Sam. As shown in the screenshot above, they're right in between the Gear and Pet Eggs stalls. Interacting with Sam will reveal nine different items that you can buy to decorate your farm. These items refresh every four hours unless you spend 79 Robux to manually restock the shop.
