A viewer reached out to the I-Team Coronavirus Help Desk for help in pausing their gym membership during the pandemic.

News 13 reached out to Gold's Gym. A spokesperson said,
Our company-owned Asheville and Greensboro area Gold’s Gym locations opened for all members on September 5 after the governor lifted restrictions on gyms, with extensive protocols to keep them safe while working out. Member billing resumed on September 7 according to the terms of their contracts, and a complimentary 3-month membership freeze is available for those who are not ready to return to the gym. Members who want to freeze or cancel their membership can contact their local gym directly for assistance. All member cancellations require a written notice and will be processed according to the member’s original Gold’s Gym agreement.
Intelivideo Inc., a Broomfield-based firm that allows clients to build custom web platforms to host audio and video media content, recently hired former Gold’s Gym International Inc. CEO Adam Zeitsiff to serve in the same role at Intelivideo.
Zeitsiff’s experience in the fitness industries aligns with Intelivideo’s focus on personal training video on-demand services, a sector that has boomed since the outbreak of COVID-19, the company said in an announcement of Zeitsiff’s hiring.

Given will transition into a new role as chairman of Intelivideo’s board of directors.
